CREAMY VIDALIA MUSTARDY CABBAGE STEAKS

Ingredients

1 large head green cabbage
3 Tbsp. Fresh Harvest Garlic Olive Oil
1/2 cup Creamy Vidalia Onion & Poppy Seed Dressing
2 Tbsp. coarse-grain mustard
2 Tbsp. Smoky Chipotle Honey Mustard (Retired)
Salt and Sunset Seasoned Pepper (Retired), to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Slice cabbage into four or five thick “steaks”. Brush steaks with Fresh Harvest Garlic Olive Oil, season to taste with salt and Sunset Seasoned Pepper (Retired) and place on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray (or line baking sheet with non-stick aluminum foil). Roast for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Meanwhile, whisk together Creamy Vidalia Onion & Poppy Seed Dressing and mustards. Drizzle over cabbage steaks when they are done cooking and serve.
